The Neo-Urbanism Planners and Architects Ltd. started with a clear vision of understanding the requirements of the community, their culture, psychology and lifestyle, and then designing spaces that not only comfort individuals and communities but also help in enhancing all the domains of life, be they personal, family, professional, social or spiritual. Thus, the objective of planning is merely to enhance the quality of life and create memorable experiences.
About The President
The president, Ar. Ashish Kelkar, is a well-known architect, urban planner, and sociologist in the city of Pune, which is near the commercial capital of India, Mumbai. Right from his childhood he had a deep understanding of the subject and was very focused in his approach. In the early years of his career, he faced many challenges, and that indeed helped him to raise his standards above average. He always believed in his aptitude and has worked his ladder upwards with patience, perseverance, ability to find solutions, and sticking to goals. He has now created his own brand in the city. The company also won the Architect's WOW award for its pioneering contribution in contemporary urbanism and community-centric planning.

Cambridge Open Academy
This was a certificate course in sociology. This course was done to enhance my personal and professional life. Personally, it helped me in analysing family systems and professionally to have a broader understanding of the world view. Later I also became a member of the International Sociological Association (ISA).
2014-2017
University of West of England
This was my master's degree in Town and Country Planning. This degree was accridated to the prestigious British Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) where I was a licentiate member for 4 years. Later I joined International Society for City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP), which has more wider scope internationally and RTPI also is an Institutional member of this institute.
1994-2001
Pune University
This was my basic graduation in architecture, where my foundation of knowledge and introduction to various backgrounds of interdisciplinary studies happened.
